This policy covers the Tosli7 mobile app and this website, used by customers looking for home services and workers offering them.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your full name, phone number, and email address
• A profile photo, if you choose to add one
• Whether you're signing up as a customer or a professional (you can use both)

If you sign up as a professional, we also collect:

• The services you offer, your work areas, years of experience, and a short bio

When you use the app to book or offer a job, we collect:

• The job address and location you provide for that booking
• Messages exchanged while negotiating a price or scheduling a job
• Booking history, ratings, and wallet transaction records

• To match customers with relevant, available professionals nearby
• To let you communicate, negotiate, and schedule jobs within the app
• To process in-app wallet payments and keep an accurate transaction history
• To verify professionals before they appear in search results
• To respond to support requests you send us
• To keep the app secure and prevent abuse (e.g. fraudulent accounts)

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only where it's needed to run the app:

• Supabase (our backend and database provider) stores your account data, messages, and booking history securely.
• Payment providers(e.g. Whish, or others we integrate) process wallet top-ups — we don't store your full payment card or mobile-money credentials ourselves.
• The other party in a booking— a customer and worker matched on a job can see each other's name, rating, and the details needed to complete that job.

We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

• You can edit your profile information at any time from the app.
• You can switch your app language between English and Arabic at any time.
• You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us — see below. Some records (e.g. completed transaction history) may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile information; transaction and booking records tied to completed payments may be retained for a limited period for accounting purposes.
