Terms of Service

Tosli7 is a marketplace app that connects customers who need home services (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and similar) with independent professionals who offer them. Tosli7 is the platform that connects both sides and provides booking, messaging, and payment tools — it does not itself perform the work booked through the app.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account can act as both a customer and a professional; you can switch roles in the app.
• Professionals are reviewed before their profile appears in search — Tosli7 may decline, delay, or revoke this at its discretion.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• A customer sends a job request with a description, preferred time, and location; a professional responds with a price, which the customer can accept or counter-offer.
• A booking is confirmed only once both sides agree on a price.
• Tosli7 does not set or guarantee prices — pricing is agreed directly between customer and professional.
• Either side may decline a request before it's confirmed.

• Payment for confirmed jobs is made through your in-app Tosli7 wallet.
• You top up your wallet through a supported payment provider before paying for a job.
• Once a job is marked complete and paid, the agreed amount is credited to the professional's wallet.
• Refunds and disputes over completed work are handled case-by-case — contact support if something goes wrong with a booking.

Either party can decline or cancel a request before it's confirmed at no cost. Cancelling a confirmed booking may affect a professional's or customer's standing on the platform if done repeatedly or without reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information about your identity, qualifications, or a job
• Use the app to arrange payment or contact outside the platform in order to avoid fees or protections it provides
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its systems

Tosli7 connects customers and professionals but is not a party to the work performed. Professionals are independent and not Tosli7 employees or contractors. To the extent permitted by law, Tosli7 is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of work arranged through the app — you should use reasonable judgment, as with any service arranged with an independent professional.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use Tosli7 after an update means you accept the revised terms.
